DOSAGE
Adult women - Take two (2) capsules twice (2) daily with or without food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medi- cations. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. Periodic intervals of abstinence (2 week breaks before continuing) are recommended for long term use.

Cautions & Warnings: Caution advised with medical conditions including high blood pressure, clotting, liver disorders or symptoms of liver trouble such as abdominal pain, dark urine and jaundice, and bipolar spectrum disorders or any psychological disorder such as frequent anxiety or depression. User should discontinue use if hypersensitivity to milk thistle occurs.
Contraindications:Contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Contraindicated with health products that affect blood coagulation such as blood thinners, fish oils, acetylsalicylic acid and vitamin E. Caution advised when used concurrently with antidepressants, medications for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures, or hormone medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy.
