DOSAGE
Adults: 1 capsule 3 times per day. Take with food. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 1 capsule 2-3 times per day and slowly increae to effective dose over 2 week period. For Sleep aid, take 1 capsule 30-45 minutes before bedtime.
